Official Rules: Fall Festival 2026 Website Giveaway

1. Sponsor and promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

Progressive Perspectives LLC d/b/a Suite AI Solutions, 1270 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020 ("Sponsor"), runs the Fall Festival Website Giveaway (the "Drawing").

The Drawing runs during Fall Festival 2026 in Huntington, NY, on October 10, 11, and 12, 2026. The festival organizer does not sponsor, endorse, or run this Drawing.

2. Who can enter

The Drawing is open to businesses operating in the United States. Any person 18 or older can nominate a business. The person submitting the entry does not need to own, work for, or be authorized by the business. The nominated business is the entrant. If the business wins, an owner with authority to act for the business must accept the prize and complete the required documents. If the owner does not, Sponsor moves to the next ranked alternate.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members cannot enter. Void where prohibited.

3. How to enter

Sponsor's table is open Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and Monday, October 12, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Visit the table during these hours and enter in one of two ways:

Complete the entry form on the table tablet or through the QR code at the table.

Fill out a paper entry card at the table.

Each entry needs your name, phone number, email, the business name, whether the business has a website, and whether you are an owner of the business. If you are not an owner, also provide the business owner's name and phone number. The owner's email is optional.

A copy of these Official Rules is available at Sponsor's festival table and through the electronic entry form.

Limit one entry per business per festival day. Every entry from all three days goes into the grand prize drawing. Extra entries on the same day count as one entry. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or unreadable entries.

The entry period ends at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 12, 2026, or when the festival closes, whichever comes first. Sponsor deactivates the online entry form at that time. Entries submitted outside the table hours above are void.

4. Drawings and odds

Sponsor holds one drawing for one grand prize winner on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The drawing uses all eligible entries received during the festival. An entrant who entered on more than one day has one entry for each day entered.

If weather or another cause outside Sponsor's control closes, shortens, or reschedules the festival, entries count only from the days the festival was open. Sponsor can move the drawing to a later date and will email all entrants the new date.

Sponsor picks the winner and 3 ranked alternates with a random selection tool and records the drawing. The winner does not need to be present.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per business.

5. Prizes

Grand prize (1 awarded). The grand prize includes:

A custom business website, designed and built by Sponsor, up to 5 pages.

3 months of website hosting, starting on the site's launch date.

If the winner does not already own a domain name, registration of one standard available domain name for 1 year, at a cost up to $25, in the winner's name. If the winner owns a domain name, Sponsor connects the website to it. Renewal after year 1 is the winner's cost.

3 months of email-based review management, starting on the site's launch date. Sponsor sends one neutral review-request email to each past customer the winner submits through a form Sponsor provides, up to 50 unique customers per month and 150 in total. Each email links to the review platforms the winner's business already uses. Unused requests expire at the end of the 3-month period and have no cash value.

Grand prize approximate retail value (ARV): $3,000.

Grand prize terms:

The winner completes Sponsor's intake form within 30 days of accepting the prize, or the prize is forfeited. The business's owner approves all drafts. Sponsor writes the website text and creates the design without paid third-party themes or plugins. Sponsor uses the winner's photos and logo if provided. If the winner does not provide suitable photos, Sponsor selects licensed stock photos at no cost to the winner.

The website is an informational business website. It includes mobile-responsive design, one contact form, an SSL certificate during hosting, and page titles and descriptions. It does not include online sales, payment processing, appointment booking, customer login areas, ongoing search optimization, analytics, accessibility remediation, legal policy writing, or premium domain names.

The contact form works only while Sponsor hosts the website. If the winner moves the website, the winner is responsible for a replacement form or form-processing service.

The winner confirms the winner owns or has permission to use all photos, logos, text, and other materials the winner provides. The winner is responsible for any claims arising from those materials.

Sponsor delivers the first draft within 14 days of receiving the completed intake form. The prize includes 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Each round is one consolidated list of changes, sent within 7 days of receiving the draft. If the winner does not send changes within 7 days, the draft is approved. Sponsor launches the website within 30 days after approval.

The winner completes the intake, revision, and approval steps Sponsor requests by December 31, 2026. Otherwise, any unfinished portion of the prize is forfeited. Sponsor can launch the website after December 31 under the production schedule in these rules. The winner does not forfeit the prize because of a delay Sponsor causes. If Sponsor delivers a draft or revision fewer than 7 days before December 31, the winner still receives the full 7-day response period.

The winner reviews the website before launch and is responsible for confirming its accuracy. After launch, Sponsor corrects errors Sponsor introduced, such as a wrong phone number or misspelling, and makes no other changes during the 3-month prize period.

Review management does not include creating new business profiles on any review platform.

The winner submits only the winner's own past customers for review requests. All reviews collected stay on the winner's review profiles and belong to the winner.

The winner represents that it has the lawful right to provide each customer's information and authorize Sponsor to send the review request. Any review a customer chooses to post remains on the applicable third-party platform and is subject to that platform's rules.

After launch, the winner owns the website text and design created for the winner. Stock photos remain subject to their licenses and cannot be separately owned, resold, or reused except as the license permits. Sponsor's tools, templates, and software remain Sponsor's. Hosting and review management end after 3 months. The winner can continue with Sponsor at Sponsor's regular rates, or leave at no cost. If the winner leaves, Sponsor provides the exportable website page text, winner-provided images and logo, transferable stock images, and exportable website code within 14 days after the winner's written request. Hosted or interactive services do not transfer, including contact-form processing, form submissions and attachments, any optional chat widget or chat assistant, automations, review-management tools, and integrations. The winner is responsible for obtaining replacement services for any functionality that does not transfer. The winner has no obligation to buy anything.

Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. The winner cannot substitute a prize. Sponsor can substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

6. Winner notice

Sponsor contacts the person who submitted the selected entry and the business owner using the information provided on the entry form. The business owner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize and must return the signed prize acceptance form and completed IRS Form W-9 within 5 calendar days after notice. Otherwise, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor contacts the next ranked alternate.

Each alternate has the same response and paperwork deadlines, counted from Sponsor's notice to that alternate. If no alternate claims the prize, it goes unawarded.

7. Taxes

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winning business must provide Sponsor with a properly completed IRS Form W-9. Sponsor reports the prize as required by law. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8. Use of your information

Sponsor uses entry information to run the Drawing and contact winners.

Sponsor also emails the people who submit entries about Sponsor's services, including a festival-only discount. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Sponsor sends giveaway text messages only to people who check the giveaway text box, and marketing text messages only to people who check the marketing text box. Consent to texts is not required to enter or win.

Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

9. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules. Sponsor's decisions on all matters of the Drawing are final.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the business owner authorizes Sponsor, on the prize acceptance form, to document and publicize the winning business, the website project, and the project results for promotional purposes, including in the recorded drawing video.

Sponsor can disqualify any entry that breaks these rules or involves fraud.

If fraud, technical failure, or another cause outside Sponsor's control affects the Drawing, Sponsor can cancel or change the Drawing and award prizes from eligible entries received before the problem.

To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage from entering the Drawing or using a prize.

New York law governs these rules.
